We have a range of products that will suit most skin types and help to treat almost any skin ailment. El-Ami focuses on cosmetics which help to repair and restore skin while products focus on skin ailments. Are your products suitable for babies & children?

Due to our products being hypoallergenic & made from mostly natural ingredients, they are suitable for all of the family. Our Facial Cleansing bar can be used at bath time to cleanse all over the body. Our Miracle Comfrey Oil, Miracle Comfrey Ointment and Nappy Rash Balm are also great options for use with babies and young children.

What kind of beauty routine should I follow when using your products?

Cleansing: Cleanse twice daily with Facial Cleansing Bar/Anti-Bacterial Soap.

Morning: Apply a layer of cream to face, neck & chest. Apply a thicker layer for dry areas. Apply Rich Eye Cream around eye area.

Night: Apply a thicker layer of cream, especially around eye area. Apply a thick layer of Rich Eye Cream.

Where are El-Amì & Miracle Comfrey products made?

All of our products are manufactured and packed at our own factory located in Patensie within the picturesque Gamtoos Valley in the Eastern Cape. Using state of the art equipment adhering to industry regulations & best practise, our sterile production line is capable of producing thousands of products a day in order to keep up with growing demand.

Which methods of payment are accepted when shopping online?

We have partnered with a secure online payment gateway called Payfast which currently accepts Instant EFT, Credit Cards as well as Debit Cards.

Where can I purchase your products?

In addition to our Online Shop, El-Ami products are also available through our agents. Contact us if you would like to know where your nearest agent is or if you would like to become one yourself. Miracle Comfrey products are available at most pharmacies (also Dis-Chem). If your pharmacy does not yet stock it, please ask them to contact us. We will direct them to a wholesaler or supply them.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do! If your shipping destination is outside of South Africa we are able to accept payment via credit card. Please email your orders to orders@el-ami.co.za and include following details:
